EDWIN BARROWs DUAL FOUNDATION POWDER is foundation and powder all in one. It gives you medium to full coverage and can be used as a foundation with a brush or sponge. Our foundation powder is perfect for touch-ups and will not settle into fine lines. Apply on top of any liquid or cream foundation to set or add coverage. Use a dampened sponge for full conversation foundation (for oily skin). Cool neutral tone. EDWIN BARROW DUAL POWDER FOUNDATION is paraben free, non-comedogenic, hypo-allergenic, not tested on animals and fragrance free.
